Hi, I’m Harika – Founder, Fitness Trainer, and Strength Coach.Â
With over 6 years of hands-on experience in strength training, my journey into the world of fitness began at F45’s Hyderabad branch. Before that, I was a professional architect — but my passion for fitness and wellness led me to completely transform my career.
In 2020, as a mother and a driven entrepreneur, I founded this fitness training company with a clear vision: to make personal training easily accessible and truly effective for everyone. I’m certified by INFS (Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences), and I believe in empowering individuals through structured, sustainable, and strength-based fitness programs.
